Hua Hin Beach

A few kilometres of firm sand on calm water, running from the town's pier south towards Khao Takiab. Horse rides are the beach's known sight.

Down any road towards the sea from the middle of town. It's quieter 15–20 minutes' walk south of the pier.

BringAgree a horse ride's price before you get on (about 400 baht for 20 minutes). Jellyfish turn up now and then, most often August to December: don't swim where there are warning signs.
